What the Call Is
It IS:

- A qualification conversation — Cecil will assess whether a paid Strategy Session would create real value for you.
- An opportunity to ask specific questions about CJM's approach and whether it fits your situation.
- Free, obligation-free, and direct — no account managers, no sales team.
It IS NOT:
- A sales pitch — Cecil doesn't sell from a script or push a package.
- A deep diagnostic — the paid 90-Minute Strategy Session is where the real math happens.
- A guarantee of engagement — Cecil may determine CJM isn't the right fit and tell you so.
- A replacement for legal, financial, or tax advice — CJM is a growth advisory, not a professional services firm.
Who Should Attend
- The business owner or primary decision-maker — the person who can say yes or no to an engagement.
- If you have a business partner or key stakeholder, bring them — alignment from the start saves time later.
- No need to bring your entire leadership team — the free call is for qualification and fit, not a presentation.

These aren't trick questions. They help Cecil understand whether a deeper diagnostic would be valuable for you.

What Happens After the Call
If there's a mutual fit:
Cecil will invite you to the paid 90-Minute Strategy Session — a deep diagnostic where you calculate your real Customer Lifetime Value, identify your largest revenue leak, and leave with a written growth prescription.
If it's not a fit right now:
Cecil will tell you directly — and may point you toward a resource, a different path, or a recommendation to revisit the conversation when conditions change.
Either way:
You'll leave the call with more clarity than you came in with — about your growth constraint, about whether CJM can help, and about what to do next.
Privacy, Rescheduling & Logistics
- The call is confidential. What you discuss with Cecil stays between you and CJM.
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before the call time using the calendar link in your confirmation email.
- The call is conducted via phone or video — whatever you prefer. Details are in your confirmation.
- There's no prep document to fill out — just come ready to talk about your business honestly.
